Aligning Product Vision with Business and Technical Reality
A key part of my discovery process was understanding the company’s long-term vision and how this product fit into its broader strategy.

My goal was not to design an isolated interface, but to create a solution that could evolve as part of a larger product ecosystem. To achieve this, I conducted a series of discussions with the company’s CEO to gain a deeper understanding of the business vision, strategic objectives, and long-term ambitions for the organization.
Following the IDEO Design Thinking approach and Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) methodology
As a result, the final direction was not only user-centered but also aligned with business priorities and achievable within the capabilities of the development team.
As a result, the final direction was not only user-centered but also aligned with business priorities and achievable within the capabilities of the development team.
As part of the Vision Discovery phase, I facilitated Product Strategy Workshops with key stakeholders to align business goals, technical capabilities, and future product opportunities.
Together with leadership, I participated in defining the product's North Star and its role within the future ecosystem and business goals.
